CALGARY, Alberta, May 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV:HEVI) ("HEVI" or the "Company"), announces that it has granted stock options (the "Options") under the Company's stock option plan (the "Option Plan") to certain directors, officers and consultants (the "Option Recipients").
In aggregate, 2,520,000 Options have been granted, with 2,400,000 Options being granted to directors and officers and 120,000 Options being granted to consultants. Each Option represents the right to receive one common share of the Company upon vesting, exercisable at a price of $0.23. The Options will vest as to 20% on each of the 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month and 30-month anniversaries of the date of grant and will expire on May 28, 2031.
These grants represent compensation to the Option Recipients for their respective service to the Company as directors and officers of the Company and as an incentive mechanism to foster the interest of such persons in the success of the Company.
