Hemlo Mining Corp. Completes Impact Benefit Agreement with Biigtigong Nishnaabeg

TORONTO, June 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Hemlo Mining Corp. (TSXV: HMMC) (OTCQX: HMMCF) ("Hemlo Mining" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Hemlo Mining Operating Corp. and Williams Operating Corporation, have completed an Impact Benefit Agreement ("IBA") with Biigtigong Nishnaabeg ("BN") in relation to the Hemlo Mine.

The IBA includes mechanisms for financial participation, contracting and employment opportunities, capacity funding for a range of community priorities, as well as mechanisms for discussing environmental and other implementation matters. The IBA provides a structured framework for the life of the mine.
