Change of name

Further to the announcement on 11 June 2026, NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company") today announces its change of name to Neuberger Private Equity Partners Limited has become effective.

Notwithstanding the name change, the Company's London Stock Exchange TIDMs (Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonics) will remain as NBPE/NBPU. The Company's ISIN and SEDOLs will also remain unchanged.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no replacement share certificates will be issued in connection with the change of name.
