The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc's EUR 700,000,000 4.25 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Green Bonds due 23 June 2036 (the "Bonds") issued under its €20,000,000,000 Global Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and the aforementioned must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 9 October 2025, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 2 March 2026, a supplementary prospectus dated 6 March 2026, and a supplementary prospectus dated 10 June 2026 (the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation.
