OSLO (AFX) - Visma ASA said it has completed the acquisition of 50.1 pct stake in United Collectors Systems AB that it announced on Nov 30, 2004.
Visma paid 30 mln skr in cash and 195,022 shares in Visma for the stake.
After the transaction, Visma holds 124,978 of its own shares, it said.
