SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Apple Computer Inc. has entered into a consulting agreement with Jonathan Rubinstein, former senior vice president of the iPod division, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday. Under the agreement, Rubinstein has agreed to make himself available to perform consulting services for the company for up to 20% of general weekly business hours, or one business day per week on average, until April 16, 2007.
