LOS ANGELES (AFX) -- Steve Jobs will wind up with a 6% stake in Walt Disney Co. as a result of the company's buyout of his animation studio Pixar in a deal that concluded last week. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the company said that Jobs winds up with a shade more than 138 million shares in the entertainment giant after his 49.65% stake in Pixar was converted into Disney shares.
