TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - The average spot prices of 512 megabit (Mb) Double Data Rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR2 DRAM) chips were stable at the close yesterday compared to Tuesday's close, DRAMeXchange statistics showed.
It said the average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 533MHz DDR2 DRAMs was steady at 4.87 usd.
The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 667MHz DDR2 DRAMs was flat at 5.02 usd.
The 256Mb, 32Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs were unchanged at 2.39 usd apiece and that of 256Mb, 16Mx16, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was stable at 2.08 usd, it said.
The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was up 0.12 pct at 4.79 usd, it added.
