PARIS (AFX) - Electricite de France plans to list its renewable energy unit EDF Energies Nouvelles in the autumn, most likely in November, Les Echos reported.
Without naming its source, the paper said a third of the group, in which EDF owns a 50 pct stake, will be listed.
The group has perviously said an IPO was a possibility.
Les Echos said group management values the unit as a whole at around 1 bln eur and will meet Wednesday to discuss the issue.
