(AFX) - In a June 20 story about Goodman Global Inc., The Associated Press reported erroneously that the company is building a new factory in Groveland, Fla. Instead, the company is leasing the new facility.
A corrected version of the story appears below.
HOUSTON (AP) -- Goodman Global Inc., a maker of heating and ventilation products, on Tuesday said its Quietflex Manufacturing Co. subsidiary plans to expand operations with a new plant in Florida.
Quietflex will lease a new 65,100-square-foot facility in Groveland, Fla., to manufacture air duct and insulation products for sale in the Southeast and Latin America.
The plant will employ about 50 people.
Goodman shares rose 11 cents to end at $14.58 on the New York Stock Exchange.
