HOUSTON (AFX) - Bristow Group Inc., a provider of helicopter transportation services for the energy industry, said Monday it elected Thomas N. Amonett, Charles F. Bolden, Jr., Peter N. Buckley, Stephen J. Cannon, Jonathan H. Cartwright, William E. Chiles, Michael A. Flick, Thomas C. Knudson, Ken C. Tamblyn and Robert W. Waldrup to its board of directors.
Charles F. Bolden, the current slate's only new director, was a space shuttle pilot astronaut for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for 13 years.
Bristow shares shed 6 cents to $33.72 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
