TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - The average spot prices of 512 megabit (Mb) Double Data Rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR2 DRAM) chips were stable in the morning session, compared to their previous closing levels, DRAMeXchange statistics showed.
The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 533MHz DDR2 DRAMs was steady at 4.64 usd, and that of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 667MHz DDR2 DRAMs was stable at 4.72 usd.
Separately, DRAMeXchange said prices of 256Mb, 32Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs were flat from the previous trading at an average 2.78 usd apiece and that of 256Mb, 16Mx16, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was unchanged at 2.61 usd, it said.
The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was up 0.10 pct at 5.47, it added.
