ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AFX) - Eastman Kodak Co., the company once famous for its photo film but now focusing on digital photography and printing, said Monday its controller, Richard G. Brown Jr. is resigning effective Sept. 5.
Brown, 58, has been with Kodak since December 2003. He is leaving to work at another company, Kodak said.
Kodak's shares rose 59 cents, or 3 percent, to close at $20.47 on the New York Stock Exchange.
