FRANKFURT (AFX) - Siemens AG is in talks with Japan's Mitsui over a sale of the German conglomerate's Dispolok business, the Financial Times Deutschland said in a report to be published tomorrow, citing financial sector sources.
The sale is expected to be completed in the coming weeks, the paper said.
Dispolok, which is a unit of Siemens' Transport Systems division, leases locomotives to private and state-run railway operators such as Germany's Deutsche Bahn AG, the newspaper added. newsdesk@afxnews.com dp/she/jfb/ak COPYRIGHT Copyright AFX News Limited 2005.
