SYDNEY (XFN-ASIA) - Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) has affirmed its forecast for a 0.20 aud distribution per security for the current year ending June 2007, adding that it also expects to distribute 0.20 aud per security in fiscal 2008.
MIG operates toll roads primarily in North America and Europe.
Ahead of today's annual general meeting, MIG chief executive Stephen Allen said a solid performance of the toll road portfolio enables the company to provide preliminary distribution guidance for 2008, based on assumptions of continued growth across the operating businesses and profitability at the earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and appreciation line.
The fiscal 2007 distribution will be paid in two tranches, at 0.10 aud for the first six months followed by another 0.10 aud for the remainder of the year.
