(AFX) - BACK TO WORK: Goodyear workers will return to their jobs Tuesday after a three-month strike. Workers approved a three-year contract last week that covers 14,000 employees at 12 plants in 10 states.
WORKERS' FEELINGS: Union members say they are excited to start working again. But some employees expect a cold relationship with management and a slow healing process.
COMPANY'S EXPECTATIONS: Goodyear says it expects workers and managers to get back to working as a team to beat competitors.
