FRANKFURT (AFX) - MAN AG's works council head Lothar Pohlmann says that Volkswagen AG should not dictate how MAN behaves, reported Focus magazine, citing Pohlmann.
VW is the largest single shareholder in both MAN and Scania, owning a 20 pct stake in MAN and 34 pct of the share voting rights in Scania.
