BELGRADE (AFX) - A Lufthansa Airbus 300/600 plane travelling from Frankfurt to Cairo made an emergency landing in Belgrade airport on Sunday after the pilots reported a fire in the cockpit, Serbian state television reported.
The plane carrying 213 passengers requested permission to land in the Serbian capital around 5:40 pm (1540 GMT), the television said.
No passengers, as well as 11 crew members, were hurt, while firemen had taken out an electronic device producing sparks, the report said.
