(AP) - Sneak peak at some coming 3-D attractions:
-- 'Monsters vs. Aliens' will be released by DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. in 2009.
-- 'Journey 3D,' a live-action film about a trip beneath the surface of the Earth, will be offered in 2008 by New Line, a division of Time Warner Inc.
-- 'Beowulf,' an animated retelling of the classic tale, is due later this year from Robert Zemeckis and Paramount, a unit of Viacom Inc.
-- 'Avatar,' a live-action, science-fiction story about fighting aliens on another world, will be released in 2009 by Twentieth Century Fox, a unit of News Corp. It's the first of several 3-D offerings expected from 'Titanic' director James Cameron.
-- Peter Jackson, who directed the 'Lord of the Rings' films, and Steven Spielberg have said they plan films in 3-D.
-- Director George Lucas intends to release 3-D versions of his 'Star Wars' films.
