NEW YORK (AP) - The annual hot holiday toy list from trade magazine Toy Wishes confirmed how tech-savvy children have become: seven out of the 12 toys featured to be this year's most popular are hooked to either a computer or TV screen.
'Today, kids have iPods and cell phones,' said Jim Silver, editor-in-chief of Toy Wishes, which based its list on the publication's review of thousands of toys and interviews with retailers. 'We live in a different world of how children play.'
Here's the list in alphabetical order. The manufacturers' suggested retail price is included.
