NEW YORK (AP) - An executive vice president at business software maker Oracle Corp. exercised options for 200,000 shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Wednesday, Sergio Giacoletto reported he exercised options for the shares Tuesday for $9.90 to $12.60 apiece and then sold the shares the same day for $21.90 to $21.95 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Oracle is based in Redwood City, Calif.
