LONDON (Thomson Financial) - United Business Media PLC said it has bought US IT training support company Think Service Inc on behalf of unit CMP Technology for up to 29.5 mln usd.
Think Service, headquartered in Colorado Springs, reported revenues of about 15 mln usd for the full year 2007.
The acquisition is expected to meet United Business Media's 8 pct post-tax cost of capital acquisition criterion in 2008, said the company in a statement.
