VIENNA (Thomson Financial) - OPEC output quotas are likely to remain 'as is' following this week's production meeting here, the head of Libya's OPEC delegation, Shokri Ghanem, told reporters on his arrival in Vienna.
'We are waiting, of course, to receive the report of the ECB on the economic performance of the world,' Ghanem added.
In response to questions from reporters, he said it was possible that OPEC will discuss the current row between Venezuela and US oil giant Exxon Mobil over the re-nationalisation of assets, as was earlier suggested by Venezuela. jan.harvey@thomson.com har/vlb COPYRIGHT Copyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
