BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - OGE Energy Corp. Friday said Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer James R. Hatfield will resign his position, effective July 11.
The Oklahoma City-based company said Scott Forbes, controller and chief accounting officer, will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named.
OGE Energy is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas & Electric Co.
