LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Scotia Gas Networks Plc. has appointed Chris Brook as its new chief financial officer, effective September 8.
Brook was previously finance director of United Utilities Water Plc and replaces Surinder Tool who announced his resignation in March.
Scotia Gas Networks is 50 pct owned by Scottish & Southern Energy Plc., with Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc. and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan each holding a 25 pct stake.
