HOUSTON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Shell Oil Co's joint-venture Motiva Enterprises 285,000 barrel per day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas, refinery was restarting on Sunday after being shut for Hurricane Ike, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.
The restart was scheduled to last through Sept. 26, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Qualit. The filing did not say when the refinery would return to full production.
