OTTAWA, Nov 27 (Reuters) - The Bloc Quebecois, following the lead of the two other opposition parties. said on Thursday it would strongly oppose the Canadian government's fiscal update.
If all three parties turn out in full strength and vote against the update, the minority Conservative government will fall, likely prompting a new election.
'We will categorically oppose it,' an angry Bloc leader Gilles Duceppe told Parliament, complaining that the update did nothing to address the growing fiscal crisis.
