HOUSTON, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp said on Wednesday that it expected no significant impact to production at its 325,000 barrel per day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas, refinery from an upset in a crude unit on Tuesday that triggered the plant's safety flare system.
Valero said in a notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality that flaring at crude unit AVU-146 was triggered by 'overhead pressure.'
