MOSCOW, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Russia's gas export monopoly Gazprom will take Ukraine's energy company Naftogaz to the international arbitration court in Stockholm over the transit of Russian gas to Europe, Gazprom said on Saturday.
'I've informed Russian President Dmitry Medvedev about the planned legal action and he approved this decision,' Gazprom's statement quoted its chief executive Alexei Miller as saying.
