MILAN, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Sales for Italian jeweller Bulgari in the first three and half weeks in January were lower than January last year, Chief Financial Officer Alberto Nathansohn said on Thursday.
Speaking on a conference call, he replied to analyst questions, specifying sales for this month.
'I was misunderstood,' he said. Referring to preliminary data regarding to Bulgari stores in January, he said sales 'were lower than the same period of 2008.'
