SYDNEY, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Oz Minerals Ltd, the world's No. 2 zinc miner, said on Friday it has agreed to sell its stake in Brussels-listed smelting company Nyrstar, for proceeds of about A$33 million ($21.6 million).
Oz said it had decided the investment was no longer core to its operations.
