NEW YORK, Feb 10 (Reuters) - News Corp unit News America on Tuesday sold $1 billion of 10-year notes and 30-year bonds via JPMorgan, according to IFR.
The company sold $700 million of 10-year notes at a yield spread of 410 basis points over comparable Treasuries, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
It sold $300 million in 30-year bonds at 437.5 basis points over Treasuries.
Earlier guidance had suggested pricing of 412.5 basis points for the 10-year sale and 437.5 basis points for the 30-year sale.
