SYDNEY, March 2 (Reuters) - Telstra Corp Ltd has agreed to sell its KAZ Group IT business to Fujitsu Ltd for A$200 million ($127 million), Telstra said in a statement on Monday.
The sale is subject to Australian government approval, Telstra said.
