NEW YORK, May 14 (Reuters) - BP lowered pressure on the FCCU #3 unit at its Texas City, Texas, refinery to repair a leak in a flange, according to a filing with state regulators.
In a filing with the Texas Commission for Environmental Regulators, the company said that incident began Wednesday evening and ended on Thursday.
A source familiar with refinery operations said the unit was operating on Thursday.
