June 8 (Reuters) - CMS Energy said it plans to sell $450 million of senior notes in two offerings and use proceeds to repay debt.
The company said it plans to offer $150 million principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2029 and $300 million of senior notes due 2019.
Shares of the company closed at $11.71 Monday on the New York Stock Exchange.
