BAGHDAD, July 14 (Reuters) - Iraq's Finance Minister Bayan Jabor said on Tuesday that the cabinet had approved two new mobile phone licenses for auction soon, one of them for a 3G network.
'Now we are waiting to start the procedure (for tendering), which we expect to be soon,' he told Reuters.
Iraq currently has three mobile operators, Kuwait's Mobile Telecommunications Co (Zain), Korek and Asiacell.
