* Says Evans Bank in Angola, N.Y. assumes deposits of failed Waterford Village Bank of Clarence, N.Y.
* Says Waterford had assets of $61.4 million and deposits of $58 million.
* Says failure of Waterford will cost FDIC's insurance fund an estimated $5.6 million.
