Sept 29 (Reuters) - Wells Fargo & Co divested its entire 12.44 percent stake in Campbell Soup Co, according to a regulatory filing Tuesday.
The stake in Campbell Soup represented about 44 million shares, Wells Fargo had said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in June.
Campbell Soup, known for its canned soup with the red and white label, had about 350.3 million outstanding shares as of June 4, according to Reuters data.
Shares of the company closed at $32.91 Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
