* Provides Q3 2009 interim update
* Liquid hydrocarbon and natural gas production sold during the Q3
is estimated to be about 380,000 boepd
* Says Q3 exploration expense is expected to be at or below $80 million
* Sees refined products sales volumes will average approximately 1,400,000 bpd
in the third quarter
* Says for Q3 2009 estimates that its share of bitumen production from AOSP
mining operation will be about 27,000 bpd
* Sees crude oil refined is expected to average approximately 1,015,000 bpd for
the third quarter 2009
* Says Q3 Speedway Superamerica LLC's same store gasoline sales volume will
increase about 3 percent
* Sees LNG operations in equatorial guinea and Alaska to have sold about 6,300
