SEATTLE, Oct 16 (Reuters) - U.S. truck and engine maker Navistar International Corp said on Friday its chief risk officer, William Caton, intends to retire, effective Oct. 31.
Caton's decision to retire was not a result of any disagreement with Navistar or its management, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
A company representative was not immediately available for further comment.
