VISA INC
The electronic payments company announced that John Partridge has been named president of the company. Partridge was formerly chief operating officer and will begin his transition immediately.
He will continue to report to chief executive Joseph Saunders. Partridge will oversee all client, marketing and product functions globally.
CB RICHARD ELLIS GROUP
The commercial real estate services company said it appointed Glenn Carlin and John Perkins to head its Americas investment banking business. Both were formerly with JPMorgan Chase & Co.
GETZLER HENRICH & ASSOCIATES LLC
The turnaround and restructuring firm said it appointed Marc Adelson as managing director. Adelson previously served as CIT Group Inc's managing director in London.
BTIG LLC
The broker dealer has expanded its capital introduction team with the addition of Jennifer Bloom and Catherine Wagner as vice presidents. Bloom was previously with Credit Suisse and Wagner was with UBS AG.
EXOTIX
The frontier market investment banking boutique said it hired Alexey Lytvynov and Toufic Yafaoui to cover Russia and CIS, and Turkey, North Africa and the Middle East respectively.
HEARTWOOD
The independently owned wealth manager hired Kirsty MacArthur as a relationship director in the London office. She previously worked for UBS AG.
CITIGROUP INC
The bank said it appointed Jing Zhao and Simon Yoo as co-heads of its Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in Asia Pacific. Both will be based in Hong Kong. Ashish Bajaj also joins the FIG team as head of financial institutions relationship management. Zhao is currently chairman of China investment banking and she will also continue in this role with offices in Beijing and Hong Kong. Yoo is currently head of Financial Entrepreneurs Group in Japan.
BANKATLANTIC BANCORP
The bank said it appointed Tony Segreto as a BankAtlantic advisory board member. He joins from NBC 6 news.
BANK OF GEORGETOWN
The bank said it hired Ana Morales as vice president of business development. She joins from Eagle Bank.
