Wednesday sold $1.875 billion of five-year notes in a
remarketing said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The notes, due Jan. 15, 2015, were priced to yield 350 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and were sold through Citigroup Global Markets, the sole lead manager.
