The Labor Department releases the November employment report, 8:30 a.m. (1330 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey forecast a loss of 130,000 jobs in November compared with an October loss of 190,000 jobs. The unemployment rate is seen at 10.2 percent, a repeat of the October rate.
Economic Cycle Research Institute (ECRI) releases its monthly future inflation gauge index for November, 9:40 a.m. (1440 GMT). The index read 91.7 in October.
Commerce Department releases October factory orders, 10 a.m. (1500 GMT). Economists in a Reuters survey expect factory orders to be unchanged compared with a 0.9 percent rise in September.
Economic Cycle Research Institute (ECRI) releases its weekly index of economic activity for Nov. 27, 10:30 a.m. (1530 GMT). In the prior week the index read 128.8.
