BERLIN, Dec 12 (Reuters) - The economy of the United States is still in a crisis and there is little room for exiting fiscal stimulus measures, former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker said on Wednesday.
'We are not in a situation right now to take a lot of risks,' Volker said in a speech at a banking conference in Berlin.
Volcker, now an economic adviser to President Barack Obama, also said that it was necessary to fight banks' resistance to regulation.
