MINSK, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Russia and Belarus have failed to agree an oil supply deal for 2010, the Belarussian government said on Saturday, adding its delegation had left Moscow.
'The Russian side has de facto ignored arguments and calculations presented by the Belarussian side,' the government said in a statement, adding that both sides had confirmed readiness to continue talks.
