HOUSTON, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Pilots stopped boarding ships inbound to the key U.S. oil port of Houston at mid-afternoon Tuesday due to fog, the Coast Guard said.
Outbound traffic continued but was expected to be halted as weather forecasters warned of thickening fog along the Texas Gulf Coast, a Coast Guard spokesman said.
