SEOUL, Jan 21 (Reuters) - South Korea's Hynix Semiconductor Inc said on Thursday the average price of its dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips rose 26 percent in the fourth quarter of 2009 after a 26 percent jump in July-September.
Prices of NAND flash memory chips fell 5 percent after a 4 percent gain in the third quarter, Hynix said in a statement.
