NEW YORK, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Teen clothing retailer Aeropostale Inc said on Wednesday that Chief Executive Julian Geiger informed the company that he will step down as CEO as of Feb. 12.
Geiger will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
The company said Mindy Meads and Thomas Johnson will serve as co-CEOs.
Aeropostale also said CFO Michael Cunningham will be promoted to the position of president and chief financial officer on the same date.
