NEW YORK, Feb 4 (Reuters) - CIT Group, a commercial lender that recently emerged from bankruptcy, said Tony Terracciano, who became a director on Jan. 21, stepped down on Feb 1 due to temporary health issues, a filing said on Thursday.
Terracciano is chairman of the board at SLM Corp and formerly chief operating officer at Mellon Bank Corp.
