SYDNEY, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Australian tycoon Kerry Stokes has created a holding company for his major businesses, including TV broadcaster Seven Network and heavy equipment firm WesTrac, through an all-share merger of Seven and WesTrac.
The new holding company, Seven Group Holdings, will retain the listing and also house Stokes' other investments in magazines and newspapers, Seven said in a statement on Monday.
